Your answers stay on your phone. The quiz runs entirely in your browser; your taps, your archetype and your practice pick are never sent to us or anyone else, and nothing is stored on this site. This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools, and keeps nothing in your browser's storage. If you share a result link, it contains only the archetype name (for example #mountaineer) - never anything about you.
The quiz works without any sign-up. Only if you type your email in the "Send my result to my inbox" box, tick the box and tap the button, we send to our email provider: your email address, your archetype, how your five answers were split across the three archetypes, and the practice pick you circled, if any. We use them to send you your result, and afterwards, now and then, tips and offers about our coaching (Movement Freedom System). Nothing about you is sent anywhere before that tap.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You give it with the tick box and confirm it with the button in the email we send you (double opt-in). We store when you signed up, which consent text you saw, and when you confirmed, as proof.
Kit, Inc. (USA), our email provider, stores your details and sends our emails; Kit shows us whether you open our emails and which links you click, so we can see which emails are useful - this is part of your consent. Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) hosts this website; its servers record technical data such as your IP address to show you the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Both work on our behalf under data processing agreements. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, and otherwise on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data. If you never confirm your sign-up, we delete it within 60 days. After you unsubscribe, we keep your email address on a block list so we never email you again by mistake, and the record of your consent for up to 3 years as proof.
Some videos on this site are on YouTube. They load only when you tap the play button, in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When you tap, YouTube (Google) receives your IP address and which video you watch. Legal basis: your consent by tapping (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG).
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, get it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. Just email hi@softacroaaron.com. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, for example the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (HBDI), Wiesbaden.
